1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at support@inkedgraphictees.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally take 4-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Only one payment method is allowed per transaction unless combined with an Inked Graphic Tees Gift Card.
4. What should I do if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you can either:
- Request a reshipment by paying an additional shipping fee, or
- Cancel the order, which will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
5. How do I know what size to order?
